I am out in NYC this week for Merrill Lynch. Took some photos from outside my hotel window of Ground Zero.
Hard to tell if they are making progress or just moving dirt. 
No matter where I go down here though there is a perpetual state of construction. I think most of the buildings leave the scaffolding up all the time just to save time in between remodels.
